Alvin Abraham is the co-founder of Katalysys and his expertise is in the area of risk management, regulatory reporting and Business Intelligence. Before co-founding Katalysys, he was a Project Manager at HSBC where he managed several key flagship projects in the Personal Financial Services and Private Banking division. He holds an MBA from Cambridge University's Judge Business School.


Mahesh Bhat is the co-founder of Katalysys and he is an expert in core banking systems, financial reconciliation, stress testing, liquidity monitoring and modelling. Before co-founding Katalysys, he was part of Oracle Financial Services team providing strategic advice and implementing core systems for clients in the financial services industry. He was earlier also involved in implementing Abbey National's (now part of Santander) major initiatives on the internet, digital TV and mobile platforms. He has an MBA with distinction from Warwick Business School.


Mercy Muthuvaluthi is a certified test specialist (ISEB/ISTQB & HP QTPII) and has good knowledge of banking systems and regulatory reporting. Before joining Katalysys, she worked as a Test Engineer for Infosys Technologies core banking system (Finacle). She has a Bachelors degree in Technology (IT). 


Ravi Patel has assisted a number of our clients in developing the Internal Capital Adequacy Asessment Process (ICAAP) and Internal Liqudiity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP). He is currently reviewing IFRS9 implementation methdologies for small- and medium-sized banks. He has a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance from Nottingham Trent University.
